I’m Dawn Rousseau, owner and principal designer at Expressive Interiors. My passion and experience for everything design related spans over 20 years.
I am committed to excellence in the services we offer and in our communications with clients. By truly listening, I am able to make the meaningful connections necessary to develop perfectly tailored, custom window treatment solutions, even in the most challenging situations.
I have the distinction of graduating from The Custom Home Furnishings Academy, the industry’s foremost training facility. Complimenting my professional training in window treatment fabrication, I am also a certified Color and Decorating Professional. Together, I believe these skills form the basis of a rather unique blend of talent that allows me to create fabulous window fashions for your home.
I was a founding member of the Connecticut River East Chapter of the Window Coverings Association of America (WCAA) and served two years as Vice President prior to my election as President. By maintaining an active role in professional organizations, attending trade conferences and educational seminars, I remain abreast of industry standards, current color and style trends and fabrication techniques.
